All our access numbers are local phone numbers of the respective countries. So, if there is any charge, you will be charged for a local call. For example, our UK Access number: 02034689297 is a London local phone number. If you are on a free local call package on your mobile or landline the call to the access number will be free. If you are on a package that does not cover free local calls, then you will be charged as per the local call charges. Kindly consult with your operator for charges related to local calls from your mobile or landline.
2 What should I do after calling the access number ?
After calling the access number, you will have option to use PIN based calling or PIN Less calling. If your Caller ID / ANI / your phone number is registered to your account, you will NOT be asked to enter the PIN number. In the case where there is no Caller ID / ANI / your phone number registered, you will be prompted to enter the PIN number. On the prompt, please enter the PIN number followed by #. You will then be prompted to enter the destination number.
3 I Do not have PIN Number ?
We always suggest you to register your number in your account portal , so you are not asked for Pin number everytime you call access number . However , in case you need to call our Local Access numbers from calling booths or shared numbers , you will need to punch in your PIN Numbers.
Simple steps to Change your password
Login to Account portal
Click on Settings
Click on 'Call Through'
On Call Through page click on Genrate New Button, next to PIN
Your PIN will be auto genrated and will be visible in the box
4 How Do I Register my number, so I am not asked Pin number everytime ?
If you call from a particular number / numbers to our Local Access Numbers , It is always advisable to add your numbers in your account panel.
Simple steps to register your number
Simply login in into our portal
Click on 'Settings' from Top Bar
Select 'Call Through'
On 'Call Through' Page , Click on 'Add'
A Pop up will open, Select your country and add rest of number in Next box
For example you would be dialing from your USA number +19307778888. You must Select +1 in first box and enter 9307778888 in next box and click 'Save'.
Number will get added to your pinless list and would show up in list below in same page
Important: Please do not add any shared number in list, as that would authorize anyone calling our local Access Number from Shared number to make calls using your account
5 The Prompt enter PIN number keeps repeating ?
This happens in two situations
If you have entered the wrong PIN number. Kindly make sure that you enter the correct PIN number
If DTMF is not support by your operator. This will never be the case if you are using a direct mobile of PSTN lines to call the access number. You may come across DTMF issue If you are using a VoIP line to call the access number.
6 I get a message "Insufficient Credit"
To make outgoing calls you need to have credit available in your account. Kindly ensure that you top-up / recharge your account from the your account portal if you have run out of credit.
7 What is dialing format I should use when prompted to dial in Destination Number ?
Always dial the destination numbers in full international format followed by #. i.e. 44203XXXXXXX#, 919300000000 #, 922000000000 #
i.e country code followed by number, You can also use speed dial numbers , if you have setup speed dial in your portal
8 There is NO Local Access Number in my country, How can I still make calls ?
Even if there is No Local Access Number is your country, you can still take benefit of lowest rates being offered by us.
